Richard de Premare was born in 1936, Paris, France. He began his studies in Paris in 1954 at the l’Atelier Helene Perrier, then to the l’Academie Charpentier and l’Academie de la Grande Chaumiere. The artist has combined techniques of the French Impressionists with his own to create a unique style. Richard de Premare depicts well known cities of Europe such as Paris and Venice as well as the countryside in France.
