“A Rendezvous with The Impressionists”
Alexandre Renoir, great-grandson of Pierre Auguste Renoir, will be present with his unique perspective of the artwork
Chetkin Gallery is proud to present a rare opportunity to acquire Impressionist artwork from the greatest museum masters including Renoir, Pissarro, Degas, Manet as well as their talented descendants. We are happy to introduce you to Alexandre Renoir, the great-grandson of the most beloved Impressionist master and a rising star of current Impressionists. Mr. Renoir will be in attendance to demonstrate the Impressionist painting style and to display his newest artwork for purchase. Mr. Jerry Block, the curator of this outstanding collection will be in attendance to present an informational talk on the history of the artwork displayed.
This exhibit also features artwork from Camille Pissarro, the "Father of Impressionism", and some of his descendants, Paulemile Pissarro and H.Claude Pissarro.
Museum attendance around the world shows that Impressionism is the most beloved of all styles of art. In years of conversations with world travelers we rarely (if ever) hear of original artwork from Renoir or other Impressionist masters for sale at an art gallery anywhere in the world.
